Belinda & Daniel are one of those couples when the words “two peas in a pod” come to mind. They both have an amazing sense of humor, always down for adventure, and you have a feeling that they have endless inside jokes between them. They met in high school and after he took her fishing for the first time – he knew she was the one. They were inseparable ever since.
They were married in early October at The Thayer Hotel. Early October weddings are perfection for the following reasons – the newly changing fall foliage, the weather, and the crisp autumn smell in the air that you cannot escape in the Hudson Valley. (And why would you want to?!)
Belinda has amazing taste, I mean – just see for yourself. I probably took about 100 photographs of those shoes and I could have taken more. Her flowers were to die for – my favorite monochromatic bouquet to date – clematis, anemones, dusty miller, ranunculus, & greenery. The ceremony overlooking the Hudson River was officiated by Rev Jim Rooney (he is AMAZING and his accent – adorable). Those two were smiling ear to ear at each other & everything was perfect. After their first kiss as husband and wife Belinda surprised Daniel by having a bagpiper come down the aisle and lead them on their first walk as a married couple. The look on his face was absolutely priceless.
